The REDD Group was founded in 2004 by its principal, Anthony Morena. Anthony founded REDD as a multi-disciplinary firm that designs, develops and manages the properties it builds – thereby ensuring a distinct standard of quality throughout each project while maintaining the integrity of good design.

Prior to REDD, Anthony was a Project Manager for The Moinian Group where he was responsible for multiple phases of the development process—from site acquisition to project management and administration during construction. Throughout his tenure with the company, he played a significant role in several projects, including the design and development of over 1,200 residential apartments at a total capitalization of over $650 million.

Preceding his term at the Moinian Group, Anthony held a project management position with Joseph Pell Lombardi & Associates in which his primary responsibility was overseeing the development and construction process for a $50 million landmark loft building in Tribeca, restored and converted into luxury residential condominiums.

Anthony Morena is certified as a LEED Accredited Professional. This certification recognizes proficiency in understanding, interpreting and applying the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards for green building. He received his real estate investment and analysis training at New York University where he attended the Graduate School of Real Estate Finance and Development, and he received a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), The American Institute of Architects (AIA), and The Municipal Art Society.
